Hired Prestige Car Service LLC to take me and my two young kids to NYC to see the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City music hall. I couldn’t be happier with my decision and the service provided by our driver Jass. He was professional, courteous, friendly to my children and knowledgeable of the best ways to navigate holiday traffic. Jass even went out of his way, on his own suggestion, to bring us to Times Square after the show so the kids could experience it for the first time. Then to top it all off, after dropping us off, he came back to the house with the balloons my children had left in the vehicle. Top notch all around. You can’t go wrong using this service. My family and I hired Prestige Car Service to bring us to and home from the airport. Initially, we needed to be picked up about 3:15 a.m. This was not a problem for them. As it turned out, my flight was rescheduled more than once. Jass stayed in touch with me and when we got a definite time, the driver, Jay was right on time . Jay was polite, kind and very professional. Upon arrival back home, Jass picked us up. He monitored the flight to keep track of our arrival time. He texted me just after we landed to let me know he was there and to meet us at baggage to help us. He was polite, professional and pleasant to converse with. Both of the cars were beautifully clean and well kept. This is a wonderful service to work with and I would definitely use them again .
Jassim recently picked us up at JFK on time and willing to help any way he could even though it took him 5 hours to get there rather than the normal 3. He could see we were tired from our long travels and didn’t try to engage us in conversation. I won’t hesitate to use Prestige in the future and will recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I hired the service to get me to Mt Sinai Hospital in NYC for Sunday 3/9 to say goodbye to my son. The hospital contacted me on Saturday to let me know my son would probably pass that night. Jassim contacted me to confirm our Sunday app't, but I let him know I would have to cancel. He asked me if I would like him to bring me to NYC that night. If it wasn't for him my grandson and I would not have been able to say goodbye to my son as he passed at 3am on Sunday. He was very considerate and empathetic. This man is a good person.
When our already late night 12:30 am arrival at the airport turned into 3 am, Jass was in constant touch — and appeared at the baggage area to help us load up a trolley, proving that for Prestige Car Service, “service” is not just a word but a commitment.
Prestige is, hands down, the most reliable car service around. My workplace has had to schedule numerous rides with them over the past few months—even some unfortunate last-minute emergency pick-ups—and they always deliver. Not only do they answer the phone at all hours of the night (which is already much better than their competition), but they’re always super friendly, and they’re always on time! Prestige gets an easy 5 stars from me. I highly recommend them if you need to get somewhere...though I do suggest scheduling ahead of time; it’s just more courteous.
